We offer refunds on all products returned within 30 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. In order to arrange a pick-up, please email us at welcome@hambin.info

Exchange items must be in original packaging and sellable condition. Exchange will be granted within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.
