◉ Just Matcha
➺ Warm up the bowl + bamboo whisk.
➺ Sift 1.5g of Matcha with a strainer.
➺ Pour 80°C / 70ml hot water.
➺ Stir quickly like drawing "m" for 15 seconds.
➺ Slowly lift the whisk from the bowl,done!
◉ Matcha latte
➺ 2g Matcha knead with little warm milk.
➺ Pour 150cc milk into it and mix well.
➺ Add foamed milk.
➺ Sprinkle Matcha powder on the top.

➺ Dissolve 3g Matcha in 50ml warmed milk.
